Mike was elected as the Liberal Democrat County Councillor for this area (Springfield Division) on 5 May 2005 and re-elected on 4th June 2009.

Mike is a long-standing, local campaigner. He recently conducted a bus survey for this area, about the reliability (or not) of the 47 bus service.
