Local Lib Dems are continuing to fight the closure of Post Offices in Chelmsford. In the last two years SEVEN have closed locally (around 2000 nationally, and more are under threat). Local campaigners Stephen Robinson and Mike Mackrory say 'Our Post Offices provide an essential service to local people. There are still others under threat; you can help protect the remaining ones by signing our petition.'

Post Offices in Springfield Hill, Queens Road, Kings Road, Duke Street, Trent Road, Broomfield and Baddow Road have closed. Help Our Campaign to stop any more going!

Our petition is at www.chelmsford-libdems.org.uk/petitions.php?id=1.

If you have concerns or information about the closure or any specific Post office locally, please send your name and any Post Office you wish to bring our attention to via the 'Contact Us' button at left.
