Cllrs. Graham Pooley, Jude Deakin & Ian Gale discuss previous planning application for Rainsford Avenue corner

Developers are still pressing for planning permission to knock down the two houses on the corner of Rainsford Avenue. This time they want to replace them with six flats and three town houses.

Said local councillor, Lib Dem Graham Pooley, "This is yet more Town cramming. These developers won't lie down! Cllr Jude Deakin and I will be joining residents to ask for this application to be refused. It really does affect immediate neighbours.

"It all adds weight to the Lib Dem campaign "Don't Choke Chelmsford". Sign our petition here: www.dontchoke.org.uk"
