Old Moulsham resident James Gardner will be strong voice for the area if elected in the by-election tomorrow. "I am looking forward very much to polling day tomorrow. If elected, I will do my very best for the area where I live," said James. "Make this election a referendum on the Conservative inaction on traffic and housing issues."

The by-election result will be covered on this site as soon as possible after it is declared - shortly after midnight Friday/Saturday.
